50 Z-22897/14 = Z-18181/15 od 05. lipnja 2017. godine

Općinski sud u Novom Zagrebu objavljuje da je na prijedlog predlagatelja  Franje Mance iz Zagreba, Radoslava Cimermana 34, OIB: 04837459782 i Eugena Gundića iz Zagreba, Radoslava Cimermana 34, OIB: 48607991615, kao nasljednika iza pok. Nade Gundić-Mance, Zagreb, Radoslava Cimermana 34, OIB: 49868637153 oboje zastupani po punomoćnici Sebini Bosnić, odvjetnici iz Odvjetničkog društva Magličić-Migić-Bosnić j.t.d. Zagreb, Mihanovićeva 14, radi pokretanja i otvaranja pojedinačnog zemljišnoknjižnog ispravnog za zk.č.br. 162 i 163 k.o. Klara, rješenjem ovoga suda posl.br. 50 Z-22897/14=Z-18181/15 od 19. travnja 2017. otvoren pojedinačni zemljišnoknjižni ispravni postupak:

-u zk.ul.br. 2591 na nekretnini koja se sastoji od zkčbr. 162 kuća sa gospodarskim zgradama, zemljište pod kućom-Južna obala i dvorište površine 71 čhv ili 255 m2 i zkčbr. 163 dvorište površine 73 čhv ili 264 m2 uknjiženim za korist Mance Franjo, Radoslava Cimermana 34, Zagreb i Gundić-Mance Nade, Radoslava Cimermana 3, Zagreb, svakog u ½ dijela;
-u zk.ul.br. 1152 na nekretnini koja se sastoji od zkčbr. 164 močvara Južna obala površine 227 čhv ili 816 m2 uknjiženoj za korist Grada Zagreba;
- u zk.ul.br. 109224 na nekretnini koja se sastoji od zkčbr. 165/3 močvara površine 51 čhv ili 186 m2 uknjiženoj za korist Golubić Milana, Ulica Ante Starčevića 1, Slavonski Brod i Ožeg Prah Nataše iz Zagreba, Novakova 24, svakog u ½ dijela;
-u zk.ul.br.  848  k.o. Klara na nekretnini koja se sastoji od zkčbr. 161 kuća Južna obala i dvorište površine 57 čhv ili 206 m2 uknjiženoj za korist Marić Ljubice (Ilija) r. Krznarić, Marić Vedrane (Miljenko) i Marić Danijele (Miljenko), sve iz Zagreba, R. Cimermana br. 36, svake u 1/3 dijela.

U svome prijedlogu predlagatelji predlažu nakon provedenog postupka, temeljem isprava priloženih prijedlogu, usvojiti prijedlog predlagatelja i dopustiti  provedbu prijavnog lista RN-3531/2015 k.o. Klara, formiranje z.k.č.br. 162 kuća Radoslava Cimermana 34., površine 109 m2, pomoćna zgrada površine 38 m2 i dvorište površine 486 m2, ukupno 633 m2 (nastale od zk.č.br. 162 površine 171 m2, zk.č.br. 163 površine 264 m2, dijela zk.č.br. 164 površine 90 m2 i dijela zk.č.br. 165/3 površine 108 m2 i prijavnog lista br. 1 RN-3252/2014, formiranje z.k.č.br. 161 dvorište Radoslava Cimermana, površine 290 m2 (nastale od kč.br. 161 u površini od 206 m2 i dijela kč.br. 162 u površini od 84 m2) u zk.ul.br. 2591, 1152, 109224 i 848   k.o. Pozivaju se sve osobe koje se protive da se zemljišnoknjižni uložak na predloženi način ispravi, koje smatraju da bi u zemljišnoknjižni uložak trebalo upisati nešto što nije predloženo ili da bi trebalo izmijeniti ili ispraviti neki upis da stave zemljišnoknjižnom sudu svoje prijave prijedloga za upis odnosno svoje prigovore u roku koji počinje teći od dana 28. lipnja 2017., a završava 28. srpnja 2017. godine.
